What holds us back as women of God? Often, we are carrying unhealed wounds whose roots were planted years ago. For some, they began with childhood neglect and trauma.
For others, they grew through toxic relationships or even in the very places we believed would be safe—our places of worship. These seeds of misplaced identity have taken root in soil shaped by the world's view of who we are instead of God's truth.
This is where messy faith begins—the space between God's truth and our limiting beliefs, where old thoughts, patterns, and reactions keep us from fully embracing the identity, freedom, and authenticity God has already declared over us as women of God.

Godly Authenticity: The Anchor
As believers, we refute every argument with Scripture. God's Word reveals whether there is any truth or merit in our thinking. Because His Word is true, it brings proper perspective to our inner negative dialogue and is essential for regulating our emotions.
To overcome limiting and negative beliefs, only the truth of God's Word can firmly anchor our identity and expose the lies that misrepresent who God created us to be.
Hold every limiting belief up against what has already been established by the Creator of your identity—God. -
Corinthians 10:5

The world defines your worth by ever-changing human standards. When you fall into the trap of comparison, it becomes easy to believe the lie that you are not enough.
You begin to question your intelligence, your appearance, your unique gifts, your finances, your provisions, and even your identity, believing they do not measure up. But God calls you to a different standard.
When you struggle with limiting beliefs, you often become your own biggest critic. What you need is unshackled grace—a grace that frees you from the chains of fear and doubt. This grace is anchored in the truth of who you are and whose you are. You are seen. You are known. You are heard. You are called by name.
